Each year, the Ag Employer Labor Forum brings together agricultural employers and industry experts to discuss the latest industry news. Attorneys, HR professionals, lobbyists, government officials, and others will share their knowledge with conference attendees.
Attendees can expect another thought provoking and informative experience. Folks will also have an opportunity to earn Professional Development Credits from the Society for Human Resource Management.

NCAE will accept two payment methods for conference registration fees. Attendees may mail a check to the address listed on your registration invoice. Attendees may pay via credit card, but NCAE will charge a 3.5% fee for those paying via credit card to offset our credit card processing fees that we receive from QuickBooks.
For example, if you are an NCAE member registering for the Labor Forum at the early bird registration rate, you will be invoiced $250 + $8.75 for a total of $258.75.
Those paying via check will not be assessed the credit card processing fee. When you register, we will ask that you confirm your payment method so we know the correct amount to invoice you.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
NCAE hopes everyone who registers for the Ag Employer Labor Forum will attend; however, NCAE understands extenuating circumstances do occur. The NCAE Ag Employer Labor Forum Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual NCAE Ag Employer Labor Forum.
- Conference registration canceled on or before November 15, 2019 is fully refundable. Attendees must notify Nigel Bocanegra, Manager of Association Services, of their cancelation by email at Nigel@ncaeonline.org.
- Registrants canceling on or after November 16, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fees. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual if the original individual is no longer able to attend. The invoice for the original registration will be updated to reflect the new attendee’s information.
- In the event NCAE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NCAE will issue a full refund. However NCAE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
