The National Council of Agricultural Employers (NCAE) is the national trade association focusing exclusively on Agricultural Labor issues from the Agricultural Employer’s viewpoint.
To advocate, promote, educate, and report on legislative and regulatory, policy, and legal issues of importance to Agricultural Employers and their critical allies and others whose business interests revolve around labor intensive agriculture.
NCAE will be widely recognized as the preeminent association leading legislative and regulatory issue prioritization, strategic planning, positioning, and advocacy efforts on behalf of U.S. Agricultural Employers.
History of the NCAE
Established in 1964, NCAE Members are farmers & ranchers involved with labor intensive agricultural production, associations, and others whose business interests revolve around agricultural employer issues. NCAE advocates legislation, regulation, and federal policies to keep American agricultural employers ethically and economically viable and sustainable in the global marketplace.
