We have a reserved room block with discounted rates for our attendees. While our original cut off date of January 13th has passed, the hotel is taking reservations through our block until availability runs out. Book a room before availability runs out!

NCAE’s Annual Meeting brings its membership together to discuss the challenges facing the ag employer community. Attendees will hear from industry leaders, speakers from the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, and stakeholders from U.S. government agencies. Attendees will also have their voices heard by their Congressional Representatives on our Capitol Hill lobbying day.

Registration for Tuesday & Wednesday – $395 until January 20th, prices rise to $435 starting January 21st. Secondary Registrations for your organization receive a $40 discount.
Registration for a spouse or guest – $175 (includes meals but excludes the meetings).
Optional Thursday H-2A Forum Registration – $145 per person.
Registration for Tuesday & Wednesday – $695 until January 20th, prices rise to $735 starting January 21st. Secondary Registrations for your organization receive a $40 discount.
Optional Thursday H-2A Forum Registration – $220 per person.
NCAE will accept two payment methods for conference registration fees. Attendees may mail a check to the address listed on your registration invoice. Attendees may pay via credit card, but NCAE will charge a 3.5% fee for those paying via credit card to offset our credit card processing fees that we receive from QuickBooks.
For example, if you are an NCAE member registering for the Annual Meeting, you will be invoiced $395 + $13.83 for a total of $408.83.
Those paying via check will not be assessed the credit card processing fee. When you register, we will ask that you confirm your payment method so we know the correct amount to invoice you.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
NCAE hopes everyone who registers for the Annual Meeting will attend; however, NCAE understands extenuating circumstances do occur. The NCAE Annual Meeting Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual NCAE Annual Meeting.
- Conference registration canceled on or before January 19th, 2020 is fully refundable. Attendees must notify Nigel Bocanegra, Manager of Association Services, of their cancelation by email at Nigel@ncaeonline.org.
- Registrants canceling on or after January 20th, 2020 will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fees. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual if the original individual is no longer able to attend. The invoice for the original registration will be updated to reflect the new attendee’s information.
- In the event NCAE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NCAE will issue a full refund. However NCAE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
